A 3-Week Wait & a Useless 'No Worries' — My Customer Service Nightmare 😤
I’m sharing my recent online shopping experience as a warning. After waiting nearly three weeks for my sunglasses with no shipping update, I had to contact customer service, and the conversation was incredibly frustrating. This led me to a simple conclusion: This website is always a bit of a risk as far as experiences go. However, after almost three weeks of waiting for my sunglasses, I contacted their customer service to get a status update (the shipping label had been created, but the status never changed from label created) and the rep told me she couldn't provide an update. She used the statement "no worries" in our chat. She also said she could not contact the courier, as she "does not have a way to do that". That just seems to be a boldfaced lie (customer service number, anyone?). When you spend your hard earned money on an item and trust a business to provide that item to you in a timely fashion per their own policy, you should not be told not to worry if they can't even tell you where that item is at the moment. This place is a longshot at best. I suggest going elsewhere. You will sleep better at night.
Customer: Hi, my order status hasn't changed from "label created" in almost three weeks. Can you tell me where my sunglasses are?
CS Rep: I can look into that for you. No worries. Unfortunately, at this time I am unable to provide a status update beyond what you see on the tracking page.
Customer: What do you mean? It’s been weeks. Can you please contact the courier to find out where my package is?
CS Rep: I apologize, but I do not have a way to do that from my end.
Customer: So you've taken my money, can't find my product, and you're telling me there's nothing you can do? That's unbelievable.
CS Rep: I do understand your frustration. We can wait a few more business days for an update, or I can begin the process for a replacement order.
The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap.
