When the prescription was wrong it was the Dr's fault and once we worked through that we have been very happy with every pair of glasses we have purchased! We just ordered 5 pair recently and they are all fabulous we couldn't be any happier! It's because their customer service is amazing and the prices can't be beat!. After this order I was so happy with Eyebuydirect!
