My recent online shopping experience was nothing short of a nightmare, and I'm sharing this to warn others. I was ripped off for express shipping on several pairs and would never do that again! Seriously, don't bother paying for faster shipping because you still will have to wait a few weeks to get your glasses. It only got my glasses to me about 2 days sooner, which is not worth that money. The entire customer service process was among the worst I have ever experienced; you can't get help by email or chat. It felt essential for me to leave this review and try to speak with someone because this level of frustration needs to be addressed.

Customer: This isn't just about delay; it's about being ripped off. You promise faster delivery, but it clearly doesn't happen. Your customer service is impossible to reach by email or chat, either. CS Rep: I am truly sorry for the difficulty you've had reaching us and for the unfulfilled expectation with express shipping. We are reviewing our shipping estimates and communication channels. For your current order, I can process a full refund for the express shipping fee and provide you with an updated delivery estimate right now. Customer: Fine, but what's the point of charging for it if it doesn't work? This is incredibly frustrating.

The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap of paying for services that aren't delivered and experiencing such terrible customer service.
