My recent online shopping experience with GlassesUSA has been nothing short of a terrible cautionary tale. This place is nothing more than an automated business that cares nothing about its customers. They are a fraud, ripping customers off for services that they charge for and do NOT provide. I ordered my glasses, and their site clearly stated “eligible for next day delivery.” Naturally, I paid the $19.95 fee. Hours later, I received an email stating my order would take "3 business days." This blatant discrepancy and the subsequent inability to reach any human customer service compelled me to write this review and demand answers.

Customer: I paid for next-day delivery, and your email says it will take three business days. I want a refund for the $19.95 delivery fee. CS Rep: I understand your frustration. Let me check your order details for you. What is your order number? Customer: It's [Customer Order Number]. And frankly, I'm fed up. I've tried calling your automated line and using your live chat bot; it's impossible to get a human to discuss this. CS Rep: I sincerely apologize for the difficulty you experienced reaching us and for the confusion regarding your delivery timeline. While next-day delivery processes the order swiftly, carrier transit times can sometimes extend. Customer: But your website explicitly promised "next day delivery," not "next day processing." That's deceptive. I demand a refund for a service I paid for but clearly won't receive. CS Rep: I hear your concern. I will submit a request to our billing department immediately to review the next-day delivery charge for a potential refund. Please allow 3-5 business days for their response.

The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap of deceptive delivery promises and non-existent customer support.
