I’m writing this as a warning to anyone considering ordering from this website. My experience has been infuriating, and I feel compelled to share it. This place is nothing more than an automated business that cares nothing about its customers. They are a fraud, ripping customers off for services that they charge for and do NOT provide. I paid an extra $19.95 for “next day delivery,” only to receive an email hours later stating my order would take three business days just to process. That blatant false advertising is what forced me to navigate their impossible automated systems to finally speak with a person.
Customer: My order said “eligible for next day delivery,” so I paid the $19.95 fee. Now I get an email saying it’s a 3-day processing time. I want the shipping fee refunded immediately.
CS Rep: I understand your frustration. The processing time is separate from the shipping speed. Once the glasses are made in our lab, they will be shipped with the next-day service you selected.
Customer: That’s completely misleading. Your website sold me a service you knew you couldn’t provide. I paid for next-day, not next-week. I am not paying for a service I'm not receiving.
CS Rep: Sir, I apologize for the confusion. The best I can do is submit your request to the billing department for review. It will be up to them to approve the refund.
Customer: A ‘request’? That’s unacceptable. You took my money under false pretenses. This is unbelievable. I want this sorted now.
