What an utterly terrible online shopping experience I had, and I want to share it as a cautionary tale for anyone considering this website. My experience was incredibly frustrating; the web site was so messed up it took me 2-1/2 hours just to purchase two pairs of glasses. I was not able to type in my prescription and save it to continue my purchase, which meant I’d have to wait for an email to re-enter all the information I’d already typed. I felt compelled to reach out to customer service to understand why this was happening and hopefully find a quicker resolution, but honestly, the entire process was so very frustrating and certainly a waste of my time.

Customer: I'm incredibly frustrated! It took me 2 and a half hours to try and buy glasses on your website, and I still couldn't even enter my prescription properly. CS Rep: I am very sorry to hear about the difficulty you experienced with our website. That sounds incredibly frustrating. Could you please tell me more about the issue you encountered when trying to enter your prescription? Customer: I kept typing it in, and it wouldn't save! It told me I'd have to wait for an email to send it in, which means I'll have to do it all over again. This is ridiculous! CS Rep: I completely understand your frustration. We apologize for this glitch. For now, I can help you submit your prescription manually if you have it ready, or we can ensure that email is sent immediately for you to complete it without further delay. Which would you prefer? Customer: Honestly, after this, I'm not even sure I want to order from you again. This whole process has been a mess.
