SCAM ALERT: They Took My Money & Ignored Me 😡
I'm writing this as a warning about my online shopping experience. I felt completely scammed and ignored, which is why I had to share this. This place is nothing more than an automated business that cares nothing about its customers. They are a fraud, ripping customers off for services that they charge for and do NOT provide. I ordered glasses with plano lenses, paid $19.95 for "next day delivery," only to receive an email saying it would take 3 business days to process. After getting stuck in endless automated chats and phone menus, I was determined to speak to a real person to get my money back.
Customer: I paid $19.95 for next-day delivery on order #12345. It's been a week and it just arrived today. I want my shipping fee refunded. Your automated systems are a complete joke.
CS Rep: I am so sorry to hear about the delay and the immense frustration you've experienced trying to reach us. You are absolutely right to be upset, and I sincerely apologize for the misleading information regarding the shipping time.
Customer: An apology doesn't fix it. Your site promised a service, I paid for it, and you didn't provide it. I sent six emails and tried the live chat multiple times with no real help. It feels like a scam.
CS Rep: I completely understand your frustration, and it is unacceptable that your emails went unanswered. I've located your order and I am processing a full refund for the $19.95 shipping charge for you right now. There is no excuse for the poor service you received.
Customer: Fine. But you should know your process is horrible. You can't just take people's money and then make it impossible for them to get help when you mess up.
